مراكش is burning

We landed in Marrakesh at 12.15 on thursday the 28th of April.

Just minutes before an unconfirmed terrorist attack has blasted a bar in the exotic&gigantic Djem el Fnaa

here is a picture of the situation, 3 hours later..
The Riad Alboraq where we happily stayed

the reason why a team of italians went to marrakesh is due to this suspicious character, marcello bellan aka "bruttin", one of the funniest elements of milan extravagant scene

infact he recently moved to morocco to work on an art shop project named "casus belli" for no apparent reason.  so we went there to show him support and to bring him a piece of parmigiano reggiano+vodka. here are some pics of the event and surreal night time we spent together.

African Chic deserve a big OLA as the music rocks for real and the ambience looks like written by bukowski and borroughs together. young black prostitutes with white powered face are just waiting for your company while all the "papponi" are focusing on various other items.

Thanks to Allah Morocco is not only night shifts so here we go with different views on local habits and aesthetics. "Le mille e una notte" are everywhere.

A lovely serie C cinema

God only knows what's in there! Damien Hirst should rethink it all..
