I must say I need to plan a regular visit to Lyon's Biennal. The city is pleasurable, food is top of the pop and people are quite laid back although nobody speak a single word of English or any other language. NOBODY, NOWHERE and that's quite a record. Congratulations for that!
The Biennale itself is very contemporary. Thierry Raspail and guest curator Gunnar B.Kvaran have managed to shape a diverse and innovative collective effort. New media, appropriation, innovative storytelling, developing cultural landscapers and social networking technologies are some of the assets on display. You just need a couple of days to visit the 5 venues while enjoying some of the outstanding treats that Lyon can offer. Just go there..
