marsèll deconstruction of the shoe making process made me think it is actually possible to build fashion that is inspiring and motivating. The architecture of the exhibit is perfectly minimal where the bits and pieces assume almost a duchamp's ready made status. I also enjoyed the video edit of machinery and sounds where industrial-noise meet artisan craft. I am happy to acknowledge that the legacy of Martin Margiela is still alive..
