I met giovanni calemma in 1985. at the age of 14. in naples. he's been photographing people and facts since then. never compromised his style to the god of commercial heaven. giovanni calemma is now what he is always been and probably will be. last week in berlin he had an exhibit @ miracolo 40 with some of his photographs and the earliest I-D mags from his private collection. here is a little report.
